NON REFUNDABLE began in Sydney when Caitlin, originally from the UK, and Jade, raised in Mauritius, met in Australia fashion after completing their degrees in fashion.

What started as a casual “let’s design some jeans to wear” turned into the jeans we wore every single day. That moment made everything clear - if we were searching for the perfect pair, other people were too. That moment sparked the idea to bring NON REFUNDABLE to life with a clear mission and direction.

Designed in Sydney, NON REFUNDABLE jeans focus on quality, structure, and longevity. Each pair is made from 100% heavy-weight cotton denim, complete with contrast stitching, pocket embroidery and velcro enclosures.
